My current sub ran until Dec 19th and I had no idea how to resubscribe since it’s already automatic so I went ahead and bumped up to the highest sub level which did seem to make it renew right away.

How do you find time to read all these? You have more children than I do (1)

Some of these are even physical books not just audible

re Recent books which changed my mind, I'd include Joseph Henrich Secret of Our Success.

You have Sloan's Darwin's Cathedral on your list as well, which uses multi level selection frame to explain religion. But Henrich's SooS is when I finally understood how deeply important gene-culture evolutionary theory is. In fact, I think it also explains religion better than Atran or Sloan (though does mean those two books are in err). Why? It shows that gene-culture evolution is a Copernican frame which all other theories of human religion and psychology must slot into. That is, I now view Sloan and Atran books are fitting into larger frame of gene-culture evolution. Not the other way around.
